Staff Service & Location We stayed at a hotel during our city trip and we were pleasantly surprised by the great service from the hotel staff. They were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any of our requests. the location of the hotel was perfect , it was easily accessible to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was provided, a great perk for budget, conscious travelers.

Room Condition we were disappointed with the condition of our room. There were multiple cleanliness issues , dust, dirt, and even mosquitos , that indicated a lack of maintenance of the room.
